April 19, 2012: Update on Dr. Ferris: He is out of surgery, infection is cleared and the surgeon was able to repair the tendons. He should be going home tonight. Please continue to keep him in your prayers for quick healing. Thanks for all the kind words, prayers and support. Our office is blessed by each of you.
April 18th, 2012 As some of you may know, Dr. Ferris had an accident and cut his foot with a chainsaw this past Saturday and is currently in the hospital. He has bone destruction in his foot and severed 3 tendons. He has an infection in the bone and is hooked to IV antibiotics and a wound vac. He is scheduled to have surgery again tomorrow, Thursday, the 19th to try to repair the tendons if the infection is gone. He would like his patients to know that he wants to be back in the office as soon as possible and misses all of you! Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and post your thoughts, prayers and messages and they will be shared with Dr. Ferris. Dr. Britton, Dr. Hembree and staff are working hard to accommodate all patients in his absence. Updates will be forthcoming.
Psalm 30:2
LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.
